
Transforming the UBC Arts strategic plan.
Recognizing an unidentified need, I spearheaded the development of a digital strategic plan for UBC’s Faculty of Arts. Working from their former plan, a basic presentation template, our in-house creative team restructured and transformed the content into an engaging PDF and corresponding microsite.

With a website development project already underway for the faculty, we approached the strategic plan with the intention to fully integrate it into the new website template. Copy was substantially restructured to include an introductory statement from the dean, faculty values, section pages, imagery, infographics, and an overview of the plan at a glance. The resulting product includes a microsite and downloadable PDF. The new plan is flexible, visually engaging, reflects the faculty’s strategic priorities, and seamlessly integrates with the Faculty of Arts website.
